Lile joined TJC in 2022. Prior to TJC, Lile worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Credit Suisse.

Lile holds a B.B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in Economics from Baruch College at Macaulay Honors College.
