Lisa Ondrula is a Partner and Co-Head of OMG. She is also a member of the Executive Committee, the Chairperson of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee, a member of the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and a member of the Talent Committee.
Lisa joined an affiliate of TJC in 1994. She has held various financial roles with emphasis on financial reporting and analysis, due diligence, debt and equity offerings, acquisitions and divestitures. Lisa has significant experience supporting CFOs in the portfolio with acquisition related transition issues as well as providing project management and support to CFOs during divestitures. She also manages relationships with outside accounting firms and related service providers. Prior to TJC, Lisa worked at Ernst & Young, LLP. Lisa currently serves on the board of directors of Allure Labs, Potters and Sunny Sky Products.
Lisa holds a B.S. degree in Accounting from Miami University and is a certified public accountant.
